- What we read: your schedule, class rosters and attendance, memberships and contract status, booking history, billing status (such as whether a membership is active or past due), and the profile details your system holds, such as age group, interests and program preferences, used to personalize messages.
- What we never write: NexScale does not change any record, booking, payment or note in your system. We are not comfortable with an AI quietly editing your client records, and neither should you be.
- What we never take: health information, as a company-wide position in our privacy policy. Member payment amounts, card details and revenue are outside our scope. Minors are excluded from our AI models and member outreach, and clients of clinical or practitioner services sit outside our engagement model.
